Alkborough Primary School

Early Help Offer

Our commitment to Early Help is central to our work in safeguarding children and ensuring the best outcomes for all.

 At Alkborough Primary School our Early Help Offer identifies the need to provide help for children and families as soon as problems start to emerge, or when there is a strong likelihood that problems will emerge in the future. The aim of Early Help is to work with children and families, and the range of local agencies and organisations, in a coordinated way to provide the support they need, when they need it.

Early Help and Targeted Support Service is made up of local teams of professionals who deliver practical advice and support to children, young people and their families.

The help we offer is delivered by a wide range of professionals including:

  • Education Psychologists;
  • Early Help Officers;
  • Early Help Social Workers;
  • Family Support Workers;
  • Parenting Classes;
